Organic carrots from North Vancouver

This spring, I gave some carrot seeds to my friends and now I got some carrots from them! Thank you!
Their carrot leaves are very nice. We can use them to garnish salads, spaghetti and soups.

Left over Thanksgiving turkey is used to make curry udon



Spaghetti topped with carrot leaves, tastes like parsley


They also brought this amarilis which I potted according to instructions.
