December 28, 2009 , I made it! This year's goal was to reach 50,000 miles on my old exercise bicycle that I got from Cheapskates for $25 back in 2008 mid January. I made it my goal to reach this mark before the end of the year. I bicycled an average of 20 minutes a day, 5-6 days per week. Most days, I cycled over 100 miles. Ok, maybe the spedometer is not quite accurate but who cares. The main idea is to get the heart rate up on a daily basis and I do this all the time. Good job Emi!!
