Strawberry picking at Ellis Farm, Grantham Island, Ladner B.C.

A wooden trestle bridge from Ladner to Grantham Island only has room for one lane.

The strawberry field on Ellis Farm looks familiar to us since we have been picking here for over 10 years. We are never disappointed.The berries this year are plentiful and very sweet.

Happy Father's Day! This cake filled with custard has B.C. strawberries on top and in the filling. The red colour is amazing!
