
I decided to hang up my tulip tapestry as I am very tired of winter. We actually had snow and rain mixed last night.

I recycled our daikon growing new leaves in a water container. I added shirasu( little fish) and heated the mix in a frying pan with salt and pepper. I will use it as a rice topping and for onigiri.
