Okinawa noodles and juicy


I am still trying to make Okinawa noodles. This time, they are fairly thick but still not right. The taste is ok and next time, I will use the spaghetti section of my pasta maker. I make juicy which is rice, meat and vegetables cooked in my rice cooker.





This is beef stew on rice. I used red wine that I liberated from my husband which made the meat very soft.
