Holly decorated log motif sponge cake
I made this sponge cake
Christmas Eve and decorated it Christmas Day. This year, I decided on a log motif with growing mushrooms and snow flaked topping of cocoa cream. The mushrooms are from the Japanese cookie kinoko no yama.
