I was tired of making Christmas cookies so I gave this job to my husband. This time I made enough dough for 4 recipes. The recipe is sablay cookies of France. 
Here is my husband carefully cutting cookies instead of his fingers.
It is now grapefruit season and my favourite fruit is always in the refrigerator.
