

We purchased a large size donabe and some regular usage chopsticks. Our old donabe had lasted 10 years but it was a little bit small so we are looking forward to this one. On a regular basis, in the winter, we use it about once a week.

This is mikan pudding with french bread. It is best served hot. Below, I made banana chiffon cake, served with sliced banana, whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
