Winter vegetables

New flower box made out of discarded book shelves. Tulips, lilies and spring blooms were all planted to await the springtime.
Garlic that were planted one year ago . During the hot summer they were asleep but now they seem to have found new life.

Mizuna really enjoy the cool nights. They were planted late August and will be used with Japanese nabe and in fresh salad.
