Potatoes revived after time in our compost

We alway compost our potatoe peels and sometimes they survive the decomposition process to sprout again, probably because we are too anxious to add the compost to our garden. These are extras to our dinner table.

We can also enjoy Edamame, a Japanese bean that is often used while consuming beer.
