We have been looking for a mantle clock for what seems like ages and during a recent trip to some antique shops on Main Street we discovered this lovely timepiece. It produces a melody every fifteen, half hour and on the hour. The sounds remind Emi of her schoolgirl days back in Japan.
The painting is a piece that Emi picked up for $10 at a local discount store. It is an original oil painting of an Arizona scene. It is nothing like our west coast which is one of the reasons that it endears us to it.
