The last few days have been pretty wet and miserable here on the coast. I decided to bake some bread. My good friend gave me some Robin Hood Nutri Flour blend which is composed of unbleached flour and wheat bran. It is my first time using this kind of flour and the dough is a little bit heavier than my other preparations and the colour is a little bit darker but the taste is fine. I made 4 raisin breads and 4 plain breads. My son ate one large slice of the plain and I ate a chunk of raisin bread. We will freeze five loaves and have the rest during the next few weeks.
